Shipping policy

Orders are shipped from Columbus, Ohio, USA.

Under normal operations, orders in before 1pm Eastern will ship same day, otherwise, they will be shipped the next working day. Exceptions may occur during busy holiday seasons or when the warehouse is temporarily short-staffed. We are closed on all US federal holidays.

We ship Monday through Friday via UPS Ground. Orders containing lithium-ion batteries are only eligible for UPS Ground shipping and cannot be shipped via the US Postal Service (USPS) or UPS air methods.
