Q2: How long does the battery last? What's the top speed?
A: We offer four battery models: B1, B2, B4, and B8.
Battery runtimes are approximate and based on calm water conditions and "Normal Load" conditions for a given watercraft. These numbers are subject to change given, weights, currents, winds and general weather conditions.

However, the following are based on actual water use and tests in "Calm" conditions using new batteries, which, like all batteries, will decline slightly over time. Times below are based on low/high usages- Eco mode (3.1MPH) / Full speed (6MPH):

• B1: 1.1 hours / 15 minutes
• B2: 2.5 hours / 33 minutes
• B4: 5 hours / 1.3 hours
• B8: 8.75 hours / 2 hours

Q3: What boats can the K4 Product line be used on?
A: Compatible with all paddleboards (SUP) and Kayaks. They are also compatible with: pack rafts, inflatable boats, RIBs, and folding boats, however adding an additional, simple Fin Box adaptor may be necessary.

Q4: Can it be used in saltwater?
A:Yes, it can be used in saltwater. Important: After saltwater use, rinse with freshwater to dilute salt residues and THOROUGHLY WIPE CLEAN.

Q5: What's the US shipping cost? Is there a warranty?
A: Like most consumer products, shipping costs vary. This is based on HazMat items (ie- batteries), total weight and destination. Warranty periods are 1-year warranty with local US customer support.

Q6: Can I buy the remote separately?
A: Yes, replacement remotes are available for $69.
